Super clean, new, and cozy with comfortable beds and spacious capsules. the dorm was quiet and everyone was respectful. the free use of a local phone for directions was a big plus. the location is convenient, especially for airport access. Kagurazaka is a cool neighborhood to stay in. the mobile phone with Tokyo tips was a unique touch. the breakfast provided was delicious and the cafe area was great.

The private suite with a private bathroom was perfect for my fiancé and me. The accommodations were even better than a 4-star hotel we stayed at later in our trip. The neighborhood and atmosphere of Unplan were far more enjoyable than the touristy areas. The light breakfast of toast and eggs was good, and the bar in the lobby added to the friendly atmosphere. Despite its reputation for being expensive, Unplan made Tokyo affordable without sacrificing comfort or cleanliness. I highly recommend this hotel.
